Role Description

This is a full-time role for a physical therapist based in Montgomery County, Maryland, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Physical Therapist at AH Concierge Physical Therapy, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
Providing hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function.
Educating clients on injury prevention strategies and techniques for managing pain and discomfort.
Communicating regularly with clients, physicians, and insurance providers to ensure optimal care and progress tracking.
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and facilitate holistic treatment approaches.
Demonstrating a commitment to professional development and staying updated on best practices in physical therapy.
Engaging in peer-to-peer interactions, networking, and other company-directed marketing endeavors.
Participating in company communications and meetings to stay informed and contribute to our collaborative culture.

Requirements:

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Maryland.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with workers compensation cases.
Auto policy minimum for transportation.
Strong clinical skills and experience working with clients with diverse needs and conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Flexibility to travel within Montgomery County and work remotely when necessary.
