Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
Assist patients with mobility, including transferring and positioning.
Monitor and document patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals to meet patient needs.
Assist in the administration of medications as per the CMT certification guidelines.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families about care and needs.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.

Requirements

Current CNA certification and/or CMT certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Physical ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
