Job Description

Full / part time position for physical therapist to join established and rapidly growing home health care agency. PT to perform admissions and visits for seniors in home care setting. Must be willing to travel throughout RI. Good assessment skills, ability to work independently and well with interdisciplinary team required. Home care experience, current OASIS / Medicare experience and electronic health records experience preferred. Join our team of compassionate caregivers. This position includes good pay rate, mileage reimbursement, 401K, vacation time, and health/dental/vision insurance AND UP TO $5,000.00 SIGNING BONUS.
