Creatively Clinic® is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its initial staff team.

The ideal candidate will commit to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. Qualifications:

BCBA Certification: Active Board Certification in Behavior Analysis is required.
Experience with Autism and Developmental Disabilities: Proven record of working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients to develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers regarding behavioral strategies and interventions.
