Job Description

We are seeking BCBA's to join our team! You will be working with children and families who are affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders. This a great opportunity to build a career in Behavioral Analysis and work with children with special needs on the Spectrum.

Responsibilities:

Provide Supervision to Technician's
Provide Family Training and Techniques to Parents
Create Goals and Custom Behavioral Intervention Plans
Develop and Implement Treatment Plans
Monitor Data and Graphs for Reliability
Collaborate with other Professionals including school districts on client goals and progression
Prepare and write clinical notes on progress with client

Qualifications:

Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Willingness to work in a team environment
Compassionate and Caring Demeanor
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and communication skills
