Position Overview

We are seeking a Student Analyst (BCBA Candidate) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct ABA therapy to clients in homes, schools, and community settings. This is a great opportunity for those passionate about making a meaningful impact while gaining hands-on experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one direct ABA therapy in home, school, and community-based environments

Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA

Collect and analyze data on client progress and adjust interventions as needed

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

Participate in team meetings and case reviews to support client success

Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical, and professional standards

Qualifications

Student Analyst: Enrolled in a BCBA program, currently completing supervision hours

BCBA: Must hold current BCBA certification

Experience working with children, and adolescents with autism and related disabilities

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and adapt therapy in various settings

Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
