Job Description

We are seeking an Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team! You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
Record and document patient care services
Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care

Qualifications:

Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to build rapport with patients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership qualities

Company Description

We are currently 9 therapists in an outpatient clinic providing quality care in a warm, welcoming, and exciting environment for treating orthopedic injuries. We began 13 years ago in Hand Therapy and then recognized the value of teaming up with our skilled PT with over 20 years experience to create a cohesive and seamless treatment team. Our patient load is dynamic, with approximately 50% of our caseload Work Comp and MVA. We are always learning and growing together and work closely with our MD/PA and NP partners.
