Walk-In Chiropractic in Elkton, MD is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to become an integral part of our team, which includes chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

Conduct initial patient assessments and progress reports to determine physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement physical therapy techniques, exercises, and modalities to enhance patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall physical function.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, while providing ongoing support and education to patients and their families.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the practice to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Contribute to the overall growth and development of the practice through participation in team meetings, professional development, and community outreach initiatives.

Requirements:

Valid and current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Strong knowledge and proficiency in evidence-based physical therapy techniques, modalities, and treatment plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and a diverse healthcare team.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate patient documentation and records management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Walk In Chiropractic has been establish since 2005. We have been providing chiropractic care and rehabilitation for approximately 20 years in the tri state area. Our practice works with most major insurance companies. We concentrate on soft tissue injuries, chronic pain of the spine, and sports injuries. Our office is fully equipped with rehab equipment, traction, and electrical stimulation.
