We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist with a spiritual approach to join our wellness team. This role combines traditional therapeutic massage techniques with an emphasis on holistic healing, energy work, and mindfulness. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in massage therapy, along with an understanding of the mind-body connection and a passion for guiding clients toward balance, relaxation, and spiritual well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Therapeutic Massage: Provide customized massage sessions to clients, using a variety of techniques tailored to their needs and preferences.
Incorporate Spiritual Healing: Integrate energy work, meditation, breathwork, and intention setting into sessions to support emotional, mental, and spiritual healing.
Client Education: Guide clients on self-care practices, mindfulness techniques, and spiritual tools to promote healing outside of sessions.
Create a Safe and Sacred Space: Ensure a calm, peaceful, and nurturing environment that fosters relaxation and spiritual connection.
Assess Client Needs: Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, recommending treatments that align with their personal goals.
Holistic Approach: Collaborate with other wellness practitioners of the spa team to provide a comprehensive, integrative healing experience for clients.
Maintain Professional Boundaries: Respect client confidentiality, personal boundaries, and cultural sensitivities at all times.

Requirements

Certification and licensure as a Massage Therapist (state-specific requirements may apply).
Experience with various massage techniques and other spiritual and healing practices (craniosacral, reiki etc)
Strong interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to clients.
Ability to create a serene and supportive atmosphere for clients.
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients before, during, and after treatments.
Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and ethical standards.
Excellent communication skills to explain treatments and their benefits clearly.
Professional appearance and demenaor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
