Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the outpatient clinical team to ensure effective delivery of mental health services.
Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and compliance with regulations.
Monitor patient care services to ensure quality and accuracy of treatment outcomes.
Provide mentorship and support to clinical staff through regular supervision and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Requirements

Must hold a valid and unrestricted LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the State.
A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in mental health care, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities for mental health and substance use disorders.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and data management practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
