Pay Range: $17.00 – $26.00/hour for clinical work* (based on experience) Sign-on Bonus: $500.00 for new employees! $1,000 for new employees that hold an active RBT certification! (Paid out after 1 month of working with clients) Opportunity to earn a $1.00/hr increase to your base hourly rate of pay by completing 40 hour modules (training) prior to orientation. Currently enrolled in college and/or completed one course. Comfortable navigating tablet technology Access to reliable transportation- this role may commute to surrounding areas (including schools, clinic locations and client homes). Schedule flexibility to conduct sessions at the times most needed by our client’s families. We try our best to work with your schedule! Vaccination for COVID-19 or medical/religious exemption.
* The pay scale provided is the hourly wage range ACES reasonably expects to pay for clinical work (i.e., direct treatment services) performed by team members in the position.
