• Business and Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to partner stakeholders, internal teams, and senior leadership
• Analyze and support the sales operations discipline
• Analyze the company’s customer behavior, printers performance, and consumption metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
• Develop models and forecasts to support business decision-making and strategic planning
• Design and implement data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to communicate insights to non-technical audiences
• As a Business and Data Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain databases and data warehouses
• Support team KPI’s by evaluating opportunities, and revenue models

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience in this field
• 4+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in the technology, production, or manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel and Power BI, Salesforce) and an ability to present and develop dashboards and using these tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross functional environment
• Proactive problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation
• Good undermining of financial modeling

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Salary: $40 – $45 per hour
