We’re looking for a Business Recruiter with a strong track record sourcing, nurturing, and hiring exceptional team members for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and G&A. Reporting to the Head of People and working closely with the CEO, COO, VP of Partnerships, and other company leaders, you’ll have a huge impact and wide-ranging

owning full-cycle recruiting, driving business hiring strategy, leading first-in-kind searches, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience that builds a diverse and balanced team. You’ll play a critical role in helping us define, build, and scale our employer brand. You must be a builder who thrives in a learning environment–unafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas, and welcome suggestions for how we can iterate on our processes. As the first business recruiter, you will:
Manage and drive the full recruitment cycle – from role scoping and sourcing to offer and close – for our future commercial (sales, account management, customer success), marketing, operations, and people teams; Work closely with team leaders to deeply understand current and future hiring needs; Build out and improve new and existing recruiting systems and processes, with an eye to consistency, scalability, and limiting bias; Be the point of contact for passive, inbound, and referred candidates through the hiring process; Develop and execute a sourcing strategy across many channels; Track and analyze hiring performance; Craft and hone the candidate pitch to optimize close rate; Seek out and participate in opportunities to build a strong employer brand; Actively promote a balanced team and inclusive culture; Ensure candidates have a delightful experience, regardless of hiring outcome; and Help continue to build a world-class People/Recruiting team, by helping attract, interview, and onboard your future team members during this exciting time of growth. You are a strong candidate if you have:
At least 5 years of professional experience overall, including 3
years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally on the business side of a high growth start up and/or at a talent agency; A proven ability to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline; Ability to understand and make a compelling pitch for a broad range of roles; Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and stay focused on the end goal of growing a thriving team; A growth mindset, and a desire to learn, do, and build new things; A data driven approach to problem solving, and enjoy making sense of trends and process insights; Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; High EQ and are motivated to figure out what makes people come alive; and An entrepreneurial spirit and crave a high-growth, fast-paced, and innovative environment. Salary Range:
$80K — $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
