Client Care Specialist

Currently seeking compassionate San Francisco based Caregiver, Certified Nurse Assistant and Home Health Aid to fill this full time opening. The Client Care Specialist will focus on: client care, needs, satisfaction, and BrightStar representation. As the Client Care Specialist, you are also the liaison between the client and the office – providing administrative help when in the office, and caregiving services when in the field.

Requirements of the Client Care Specialist

  • Certification as a Home Care Aide, Certified Nurse Assistant and Home Health Aid a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year of documented experience required
  • Certified in CPR or have a scheduled appointment to have receive, a plus
  • Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
  • Licensed driver with automobile that is insured in accordance with the organizations requirements
  • Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
  • Empathy for the needs of the client
  • Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to express spoken and/or written ideas in English

Client Care Specialist – Job Description

  • 40 hours a week – available M-F, for an 8 hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM
  • Complete one-on-one care giving shifts in clients’ homes or staff relief
  • 8 hour days can consist of 1-3 short Caregiver shifts and an office shift to fulfill the 8 hour shift or a combination there of.
  • Shifts are located in Marin County and San Francisco
  • Office shifts will include collaborating with the team to complete various office tasks. Delivery of supplies to clients may also be involved.
  • Weekend on-call shift on a rotation basis

Requirement

  • Care giving experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High School Diploma, a plus
  • Flexibility and good time management skills A MUST
  • Certification as a Home Care Aide,Certified Nurse Assistant and Home Health Aid a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
