Please note: This position is located in the San Francisco Bay Area / Northern California. It is required that the incumbent candidate reside in this area due to the local travel requirements. This position is onsite and not able to be performed remotely.

This role is a supervisory position overseeing a team. Management level role. Position is referred to internally as “Health Engagement Director.”

Job Summary:
Maintains current knowledge of and expertise in all health engagement products, programs, strategies, and tactics.

Ensures team has knowledge and ability to develop market inquiries/responses for health engagement solutions; including the facilitation of training/updates for sales and account management teams

Drives team accountability on progress and fulfillment of goals and objectives, providing feedback and coaching, and formally reviewing and recognizing performance

Maintains collaborative relationships with key matrix partners across the organization both within the sales organization and with those stakeholders that support health engagement.

Maintains current knowledge of sales and competitive activity in assigned market(s)

Demonstrates mastery of available or upcoming health engagement products, resources, tools, presentations, materials, and collateral

Supports local market(s) with competitive health engagement solutions, strategies and tactics

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s preferred; in health education, health administration, or related field

2+ years management experience required

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong business and financial acumen, analytical and problem solving skills

Exceptional interpersonal skills with direct experience in successfully managing client facing/growth initiatives within highly matrixed organizations

Proven ability to excel in a heavily matrixed environment

Ability to analyze complex market(s) opportunities and develop creative solutions in partnership with sales, account management, underwriting, and product teams to solve a wide variety of unique market strategies

Must be willing to travel to remote trainings/meetings as needed – 20-30%

Must be able to travel to the San Francisco and Walnut Creek offices

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 87,800 – 146,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
