We are a fast growing concierge care, home care and staffing company, looking for someone who wants to grow along with us.
BrightStar Care of San Francisco is a Joint Commission accredited company who has built a reputation for providing the highest level of care for our clients throughout the Bay Area. We are looking to add a dynamic leader to take the concierge business to the next level.
The ideal candidate will have a strong home healthcare background and be bring their whole self to the organization’s mission. Ability to solve problems independently, influence clients, their families and healthcare workers to develop care plans that ensure continuous high quality care.
Job Responsibilities
- Helping new clients understand home care for the loved ones
- Ensuring caregiver and nurse coverage for 24/7 clients
- Scheduling employees
- Answering client and employee questions
- Interviewing new employees
- Supervising caregivers and CNAs and providing direction and problem solving for our RN and LVN
Requirements
- RN or LVN preferred
- Ability to work well with both clients and employees
- Proficient in MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Flexibility and good time management skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills.
