Trumpet Behavioral Health (TBH) is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician to join our therapist team and thrive in our San Francisco, CA location!
We’re looking for strong innovative leaders, who are eager to support individuals on the Autism Spectrum Disorder. TBH ensures exceptional training, support, and supervision to provide high-quality ABA services to diverse individuals.
ABOUT YOU
You are currently a Registered Behavioral Technician or sitting for your RBT exam within the next month. You have at least 3 months of experience working with individuals with disabilities. You love to work with BCBA’s on updating assessments, treatment graphs, providing goal updates, and creating a safe learning environment. You have no problem with independently moving or lifting clients that may be up to 50 pounds and assisting with weights of more than 100 pounds, standing or sitting for extended periods of time, and working with individuals who engage in challenging behavior, such as aggression, self – injury, elopement, property destruction, or the use of personal insults and or offensive language. You are eager to gain more professional growth development opportunities through training and working with experienced BCBAs.

ABOUT THE PERKS
- Pay $22.50-29.25/hour with experience
- Available to work the following schedules:
- Part time, Evening Monday – Friday 3PM-7PM
- Part Time, Flex schedule 3 or more days/evenings Monday-Friday

Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current RBT certification, or sitting within the next month
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly preferred (Psychology, Education, ABA, Behavioral Health, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, etc.)
