Description We are seeking RSG Senior Analysts or Senior Associates with a minimum of two years of experience in their current role. The RSG Manager will provide PRT oversight across East projects and optimize PRT results by ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency across CAP projects. This Manager will work with members of RSG Management as well as leaders of UP service line to set department goals, improve processes, create and execute initiatives, and maintain a consistent flow of communication and knowledge. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide PRT oversight focusing on the management of PRT project owners and processes, career development, and people management Devise and implement strategic growth plan for PRT East Develop PRT project owners, collaborate with CAP and BEU Leadership, plan and execute onboarding of new CAP projects, and manage the distribution and movement of projects across PRT project owners Conduct extensive and continual account volume QA to ensure the adherence of department processes and quality standards Responsible for innovating new methods to ensure PRT is operating efficiently and driving profitability Meet regularly with team members for management check ins and 1:
1s Provide career development oversight and assist with evaluation review and scheduling Attend and contribute to department meetings to further department initiatives Field and respond to feedback and share feedback and ideas with other members of management REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS RSG Senior Analyst or Senior Associate with 2 or more years of experience in current role Excels in prioritizing responsibilities and requests Delivers high-quality work products consistently across all responsibilities and doesn’t require regular reminders Regularly identifies areas for improvement or increased efficiency and creates plans or solutions with minimal oversight Maintains a positive and collaborative attitude and approach, even in challenging situations Brainstorms and shares new ideas to improve department processes and collaboration Positively represents RSG/PRT in leadership meetings
Salary Range:
$80K — $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
