Physical Therapist/Director of Physical Therapy
•Evaluate and treat patients of various diagnoses to relieve pain and dysfunction while improving quality of life •Perform thorough evaluation of new patients to determine possible causes of current symptoms and develop a plan of care •Perform custom tailored treatments with focus on patient’s specific needs •Educate patient/family on their condition, prognosis, plan of care, and exercises for self-management •Oversee day to day operations of rehab department/physical therapy •Schedule follow up visits •Supervise a Physical Therapist Assistant •Perform brace fittings for LSO and TLSOs •Travel between Macon and Warner Robins offices •Ensure proper coverage of clinic •Evaluate process efficacy and resource management •Collaborate with neurosurgeons when there are patients with unexpected presentations
