360 Physical Therapy & Wellness is a fast-growing, therapist-owned practice in Maple Lawn, MD that prides itself on personal attention and outstanding outcomes for its clients. We are seeking a physical therapist to join our team as we grow our clientele. This is a unique opportunity with potential for partial ownership and profit-sharing.

We seek candidates who:

Are self-starters, reliable, and motivated
Have a strong interest and/or background in IASTM, dry needling, and manual therapy.
Assist in the implementation and development of innovative strategies to improve our company’s workflow
Create treatment programs, monitor progress, and modify goals for each client
Have excellent communication and customer service skills
Can review client history and submit timely medical documentation
Maintain clinic supplies, equipment, and apparatus
Are talented, energetic, and upbeat

Mandatory Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program approved by The Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy, in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association
Current Maryland Physical Therapist (PT) license with no outstanding disciplinary action
Certified in CPR/AED for healthcare providers
Experience and/or interest in manual therapy treatment
Exceptional customer services and communication skills
Ability to work weekday evenings, and some weekends
