```Duties```
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques to relieve pain, improve mobility, and increase strength
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
-It is important to have a very strong manual therapy background and dry needling experience
```Experience```
- Experience as a Physical Therapist is ideal. A therapist with a strong manual background is preferred. Pelvic floor physical therapists are also encouraged to apply!
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Proficiency in various physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy and dry needling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and their families
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
