Offered salary and other compensation:
CTN's pay structure is founded on a minimum base rate with additional pay for performance, profit sharing, and bonuses. The better we do the better you do!
Based on your experience and performance record, we offer an annual salary for full time $75K to $120K. Part time employee pay averages 55K-75K

Your Mission as our Pediatric Physical Therapist:
The purpose of this position is to provide excellent therapy interventions to families that CTN serves, in order to achieve functional goals to help children grow.
Our clinical team is the backbone of Children’s Therapy Network and responsible for the delivery of excellent care by providing quality therapy services. Through a collaborative effort with other healthcare providers, you will promote improved function of our clients through therapeutic interventions and education to patients, families, and caregivers on ways to support the clients that we serve.
What we expect from our Pediatric Physical Therapist:
95% Positive customer satisfaction surveys measured randomly
80% Proposed Goals met by re-evaluation
100% of billable hours served, per individual Employment agreement
90% of arrivals or higher per scheduled hours
100% of daily documentation completed within 24 hours of seeing the patient
100% of all Evaluations/Re-evaluations/Progress documentation completed within 48 - 72 hours of seeing the patient.
Required experience and qualifications:
College Degree, active PT license
2 year-experience minimum
Experience in pediatric physical therapy is a PLUS
