Healthy Family Advocates (HFA), LLC is currently searching for Home/Community Clinicians. Services will be offered primarily within homes and the community, but also in an office group setting.
Providers provide a wide range of services including conducting initial clinical assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing individual/family/group therapy and casework services, supervised visitations, attend court hearings, participate in team meetings with DCS, as well as consultation on an as-needed basis.
Healthy Family Advocates (HFA), LLC collaborates with at-risk populations, and the community, to provide holistic evidence-based services.
*Home Based
*Must be willing to work in the southern area - New Albany, Jeffersonville, Clarksville, Corydon, etc.
*Great pay that is commensurate on experience
