As a part of the team you will play an important role in ensuring all medical records and client information are accurately maintained and confidentially protected.
Responsiblities:
- Ordering Medical Records: Request, track, and receive all necessary medical documents to support client cases.
- Follow-Up Calls: Proactively contact healthcare providers to obtain records in a timely manner.
- Contact Information Verification: Confirm and update contact details to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain Quality & Accuracy: Ensure records are accurately organized and easily accessible for case preparations.
- Confidentiality Compliance: Adhere to strict guidelines for protecting and handling sensitive medical information
Qualifications:
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Experience in a legal or medical records role preferred.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus.
