We are currently seeking a Medical Practice Manager to become a part of our team! We are a well established clinic with over 30 years in business in the elective surgery field. With 2 offices both in Alpharetta and New York we are seeking a manager to organize and coordinate both locations. Office based in Alpharetta
Responsibilities:
- Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel
- Plan and coordinate patient services
- Daily, weekly and monthly reports on business health
- Work collaboratively with physicians to implement and maintain appropriate systems in place
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
- Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
- Ensure communication between surgery and front office staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare field
- 5+ years experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Available for 40+ hours per week, must be flexible
