Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and highly skilled Medical Massage Therapist to join our elite spa team at Isleworth Country Club. This individual will provide exceptional massage therapy services to our members, ensuring a therapeutic and rejuvenating experience. As a key member of our spa team, the Massage Therapist will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere and deliver personalized treatments to help our members recover and produce tangible results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and medical massages.
• Assess the needs of each client and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Deliver personalized care to members, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during each session.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various massage techniques and incorporate them into treatments as needed.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality with each member and guest.
• Adhere to all state and local regulations and guidelines regarding massage therapy practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Current and valid Massage Therapy License including in the state of Florida.
• Medical Massage Certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional massage therapy experience.
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and medical massage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a relaxing and comfortable environment for members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest quality service.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in a luxury environment.
