About EverMind: EverMind is a behavioral health agency that seeks to provide comprehensive behavioral health care to people living in assisted living, skilled nursing and the group home environment. By partnering with long term care facilities, we improve collaboration within the care team, provide more accurate diagnosis, and provide the most evidence based mental health treatments. Through our
relationship with each facility, we hope to prolong independence, improve quality of life, and reduce caregiver fatigue in both nursing staff and family members.

Services are provided to the client’s within their living facilities. Expected hours are Monday-Thursday 9-6 and Fridays 9-1 pm.
What we are looking for: EverMind is seeking an experienced Counselor to join our clinical team. This clinician will provide individual psychotherapy and group psychotherapy to clients in assisted living. The ideal candidate will have experience working with geriatric, TBI and/or SMPI clients. This clinician should also be able to work independently.
The Perks: This position will be within a facility, so there will not be an issue with no shows.
Ability to work independently, but with the support of a team and strong supervision (if needed).
Clinicians are expected to:
● Provide psychotherapy for clients with psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues.
● Provide groups to clients with psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues.
● Complete CDA’s and other required assessments.
● Complete master treatment plans and other required documentation necessary for
quality client care and billing purposes within a timely manner.
● Develop and implement individual treatment plans and maintain up-to-date records
within agency EHR program.
● Coordinate services for clients with the facility and with other team members.
Special Conditions:
This is an Independent Contract position and compensation will be paid per billable code.
Qualifications:
● Current licensure in Idaho
● Must be licensed in Idaho to meet the standards and requirements under IDAPA rules
● Maintain State licensure requirements and remain in good standing for the duration of
employment
● An understanding of and adherence to the ethical standards of the NASW
● Must be able to pass enhanced background check through the Idaho Department of
Health and Welfare.
Requirements:
● Cleared enhanced background check, performed by IDHW
● Proficiency and use of Electronic Medical Records System
● Maintain up-to-date treatment plans and documentation of services provided within
insurance-required time frames for documentation
● Maintain HIPAA compliance
● Follow the NASW Code of Ethics at all times as appropriate for service delivery and
rules of conduct.
● Attend all staff meetings, staff developments, and staff training
