Job Title: Practice Administrator

PrideStaff Financial has partnered with a respected Medical Practice in the Roseville area that needs a healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a warm and welcoming environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the medical practice, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient care
• Manage administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve practice efficiency and compliance
• Handle financial responsibilities, including budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable/payable
• Coordinate with insurance companies and handle claim submissions and follow-ups
• Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) system
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA)
• Manage inventory and equipment maintenance for the practice
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for supplies and maintenance
• Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians and healthcare partners
• Oversee marketing efforts to promote the practice and attract new patients
• Analyze practice data and prepare reports for continuous improvement
• Address patient concerns and complaints, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction
• Coordinate staff meetings and facilitate communication between clinical and administrative teams
• Stay current with healthcare industry trends and best practices
Skills Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in medical practice management or healthcare administration
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and practice management software
• Strong financial acumen and experience with medical billing and coding
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Leadership experience and ability to motivate and manage teams
• Familiarity with healthcare marketing strategies
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
