MediMassage is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Massage Therapist to join our team in Lombard, Illinois. We specialize in treatments that support patients in managing pain, reducing swelling, recovering from surgery, and maintaining overall health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapeutic massage treatments to reduce pain, reduce swelling, improve range of motion, or enhance mental wellness.
- Customize treatments based on individual patients’ needs, emphasizing progressive and effective outcomes.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists to ensure effective and comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate treatment notes and adhere to clinic protocols.
- Educate patients on aftercare and wellness strategies to maximize treatment benefits.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Illinois.
- Certification or experience in Clinical Massage Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and/or Oncology Massage is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, focusing on clinical or therapeutic massage, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills
