Abacus Therapies was founded by parents of a child with autism, and today we are one of the leading ABA therapy practices for children, offering in-home and center-based ABA therapy across the country. Our team of specialists is trained in a range of interdisciplinary therapies so we can build a completely customized approach that works best for each child and family. As a BCBA, you will work closely with our team to create the individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans that will encourage growth and progress for the children we serve and their families.

Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities
Conducting assessments (i.e. VBMAPP, Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS-R etc.) and developing behavior intervention plans via indirect and direct assessment
Providing at-home/school/on-site services as needed
Monitor progress and modify goals and interventions as needed to ensure positive change
Training and supervising paraprofessionals to ensure highest quality of care
Working closely with families to provide support and training
Working with school and other therapies (i.e. ST, OT, PT) etc. as needed
Submitting assessment reports and treatment plans in a timely manner, maintaining accurate documentation
Clinical direction and supervision of RBTs and/or BCaBAs
In order to obtain this BCBA job, it’s necessary that you possess the following qualifications:
Clinical Supervisor Requirements
BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the certification exam
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
You’re a strong team player with the ability to work effectively with others
