Due to growth in the organization, ECAC is recruiting dynamic BCBA case managers to develop programs and work directly with our amazing students in both clinical and private school settings.
Role and Responsibilities Requirements:
- Provide case supervision and case management of the ABA therapy programs of our incredible clients
- Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA)
- Conduct assessments as necessary e.g., PEAK, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, PDDBI, PEAK, Vineland-3
- Develop individualized treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions) and monitor client progress toward meeting their individualized goals
- Prepare written progress reports and treatment plans in a timely manner and by a deadline
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with unique abilities in the clinic, home, and school
- Ensure compliance with insurance requirements for session notes and data, treatment plans, case supervision, RBT requirements, etc.
Requirements:
- Must be currently certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Must be able to work in Niceville, FL
- Must work a minimum of 32 hours weekly
- Must be able to pass a Criminal History Background Check
- Must have excellent writing and communication skills
- Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Must be able to work well as part of a team
