About Us:
Whole Kids Co. is a multi-disciplinary Counseling and Autism Center with two locations serving Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Founded on the belief that whole, healthy, and engaged families raise whole kids, our mission extends to both our clients and our team. We prioritize a collaborative, nurturing environment to foster healing for children through testing, ABA, OT, PT, Speech, counseling, and parent support.
We are seeking empathetic and dedicated individuals with at least three years of experience to expand our ABA team and contribute to a dynamic environment focused on growth, collaboration, and trauma-informed care.

ABA Philosophy at WKC:
Since launching our ABA services in 2017, we have adopted a trauma-informed approach, allowing us to deliver ABA in a compassionate, collaborative way. Our method emphasizes regulation before demand, fostering an environment where children can engage in learning at their own pace. Our approach, grounded in Natural Environment Teaching (NET), shapes behavior respectfully and compassionately, prioritizing the unique needs of each child.
Position Qualifications:
- We are looking for a Licensed BCBA with at least three years of experience working with individuals with special needs.
- Candidates should have a deep appreciation for trauma-informed care and a commitment to the least aversive methods of behavior shaping.
- The ideal candidate is collaborative, open to learning, and motivated to contribute to a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $88,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
