Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CT Technologist to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality imaging services to our patients, performing CT scans with a focus on safety and accuracy to support diagnostic procedures.
Locations: Elizabeth, NJ; Oakhurst, NJ
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform CT scans as ordered by physicians, adhering to established protocols.
· Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
· Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely imaging results.
· Maintain and operate CT equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
· Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including radiation safety measures.
· Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
· Accurately document patient information and scan results in the medical records system.
· Assist with quality control and engage in ongoing training and professional development.
Schedule:
· Elizabeth: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
· Oakhurst: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (CT experience preferred for this location)
Qualifications:
· ARRT(CT) Certification: Required.
· Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a CT Technologist.
· Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
