The BCBA will be responsible for conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments, behavioral treatment with protocol modification, and family training, as well as creating personalized behavior programs for children. You will also be responsible for providing training/supervision to Behavior Technicians (RBT) and/or BCaBAs that implement the treatment program while providing on-going, clinically appropriate training and professional development for the RBT and/or BCaBA.
Job Requirements:
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
• Develop and implement family training and support programs, and elaborate notes
• Conduct protocol modification sessions and generate notes.
• Prepare monthly caregiver competency check
• Prepare monthly RBT's competency check
• Create Monthly Report
• Provide field and/or virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians
• Review and approve RBT's daily notes
• Provide support and mentorship for Behavior Technicians and BCaBA's
• Develop, manage, and oversee Progress Reports and Treatment Plans
Education:
• Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field.
Certification/ License:
• BCBA Certification
