Cancer Management Specialists is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join our team. We are a free-standing radiation oncology center, located near The Villages, in Lady Lake, Fl. No weekends and no on-call!
Regular scheduled treatment days are Monday - Thursday, with treatment on Fridays reserved for emergent situations.
Candidate must be able to troubleshoot and work independently. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, delivering therapy according to the treatment plan and the physicians prescription, perform CT guided simulations, maintain patient schedules, complete appropriate documentation and billing.
Equipment includes a Varian Clinac IX and a GE CT scanner. Treatment modalities included IMRT, 3D, SBRT, Calypso and Breath-hold techniques.
