Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Implement and oversee the delivery of evidence-based ABA therapy programs.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians and other staff members.
- Regularly assess and monitor client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and provide support in training and program development.
Qualifications:
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
- Strong clinical expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavior management techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective collaborator within a team.
- Passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
