Monitor the effectiveness of skill-building interventions utilizing ABA for children diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum. Conduct analyses and diagnostic testing.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited college or University.
- Certified by the BACB
- Prior ABA training required.
- A minimum of one year working with children with autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous experience in supervision preferred.Work positively and favorably with consumers, families, and staff.
- Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and cheerful attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical and observation skills. Knowledge of crisis management preferred.
- Reliable Transportation
Responsibilities/essential functions: The person in this position must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Provide direct supervision to ABA Technicians on staff.
- 10% (One hour of supervision/10 hours the BT spends with the client).
- During this time, offer feedback/clinical guidance and support in the principles of ABA to both staff and parents.
- Also, encourage parents to participate in parent-training sessions.
- Develop child-specific behavior plan in accordance with the principles of ABA therapy.
- Guide & support each BT/RBT on their client’s specific treatment plan before start-of-care and help to manage ongoing development thereafter.
- Track data in weekly progress notes in the form of charts, graphs, etc.
- Track due dates of 3 month reviews and 6 month VB-MAPP/ABLLS.
- Monitor and adjust behavior plan throughout treatment period in accordance with the child’s progression and goals.
- Submit weekly progress notes for each client with what was covered during supervision, progress on goals, and behavior graphing.
- Implement new and remove old programs once mastery is achieved.
- Conduct Initial Assessments, Skills Assessments, and Reassessments
- VB-MAPP or ABLLS at intake and every 6 months, thereafter.
- Conduct ADOS diagnostic testing if certified.
- Assist in developing corporate structure and in the creation of policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings
- Develop and take on projects to improve client service and satisfaction
- Develop and take on projects to improve employee performance, retention, and satisfaction.
- Develop quality initiatives that will improve referral source satisfaction as measured through number of referrals and subjective survey methods.
- Maintain knowledge of different programs and certifications.
- State Laws, TRICARE Programs, Medical Insurances, Medicaid Autism Waiver
- Ensure compliance with above regulations
- Be an Ambassador for Centria Healthcare in various settings (while in public, attending summits/conferences, and when fitting casually in your daily life)
- Building relationships with current referral sources
- Networking with autism community and other leading entities in the ABA industry
- Pursuing and building relationships with new referral partners.
