We are looking for an experienced clinic director for our small clinics in Lakeland, GA.

The Clinic Director is an exempt leadership role responsible for the clinical case management and quality of all client programs within the center. This position works collaboratively with the Regional Director to ensure all clinical staff are well-trained and supported so that clients and their families receive the highest quality treatment

Responsibilities
- Supervise cases and assist in case assignments in person or telehealth. Small case loads leaving adequate time for administrative/management duties.
- Make sure clinical standards are upheld. Work with staff to assist with growth and case assignments.
- Mentor and manage clinical staff to ensure confidence, performance, quality, productivity, and morale.
- Proactively review scheduled BCBA and RBT hours, address concerns/conflicts, and ensure billed hours targets.
- Review Clinical Audits sent by Area Directors.
- Meet budget targets
- Work with area directors to make sure all staff uphold clinical standards and company policy.
- Conducted meetings with intake and business manager/assistant business manager to gain knowledge on the waitlist and ensure client intake was conducted and processed in a timely manner.
- Oversee supervision of BCBA and interns.
- Provide clinical consultation to staff, school professionals, and parents/guardians
- Oversee the implementation of therapy programs to ensure best clinical practices are being implemented.
- Provide direct clinical services to clients and maintain appropriate caseload to facilitate overall clinic growth and staff morale/welfare.
Qualifications
- BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACB minimum 3 years.
- Director or management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to make quick decisions for the benefit of the company
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
