Candidate qualifications and responsibilities include:
Current Illinois license: LCPC, LCSW or LMFT
Active malpractice insurance
Desire to build a caseload of 15 or more clients
Provide assessment, treatment planning and therapy for clients and complete notes/paperwork in a timely manner
