Job Title: Associate/Licensed Mental Health Therapist Associate
Location: 1 day per week in the Santa Barbara Office and telehealth options.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, and family therapy under the supervision of a licensed clinician.
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to clients’ mental health needs.
- Address a range of mental health concerns, including trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, grief, and emotional barriers.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Utilize Telehealth platforms to provide accessible and effective care to clients.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.
- Associate-level registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (e.g., AMFT, ACSW, APCC).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Passion for learning and professional development in mental health care.
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care is a plus.
- Experience 1 year experience in mental health field, and direct service experience.
- Minimum 10 hours per week.
- Valid California Driver's License.
- Professional Liability Insurance.
