SERIOUS QUESTION: Do you have a passion for helping, couples, individuals, families, and children to feel the best they possibly can?
Do you want to work with other professionals who are also that passionate in a warm and supportive environment?
In my 35+ year career I’ve learned the difference between healthy and harmful settings that operate towards serving the mental health needs of others. Some organizations are toxic to the employees.
Others demand excessive amounts of work for little pay.
As an associate therapist for a boutique company that focuses on the client’s wellbeing, you will be in a position to be of service and do good in the community, while being closely supported, guided, and mentored by an expert in the field.
You will be challenged to learn and grow as both an individual and a clinician.
If working in such a boutique organization is something that interests you, then I encourage you to apply for the Full-Time Associate Therapist position at The Relationship Counselors.
In this role you’ll work with couples, individuals, children, and families to support them towards reaching their mental health and wellbeing goals.
We will train you in working with couples and relationships, however having a solid clinical base is a must. An honest willingness to grow in your clinical abilities is a must.
If you’re not interested in working with couples, this position is not for you.
If you’re not looking for full-time (25+ client sessions per week), this position is not for you.
If you are not open to feedback and self-examination, this position is not for you.
There are many companies that hires as many associate therapists as possible. This is not one of them. We look to hire talented clinicians who want to work in a boutique setting and grow, personally and professionally, with the company. Our culture is one of collaboration and mutual respect, and we hire for the fit as much as clinical expertise.
So if this sounds like something you’re into – if you’re a person who loves supporting clients and are excited by the opportunity to hone your clinical skills, and contribute to a close-knit team in a growing company, then apply.
We look forward to meeting you!
