GrandCare Health Services, the leading provider of orthopedic home health specialist care in Southern California, is seeking dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) who are passionate about providing high-quality care within a collaborative team environment. We have a strong census in this area. This position offers the opportunity to deliver in-home care to patients in various locations across Los Angeles and West Los Angeles including:
Culver City, Beverly Hills, Hawthorne, Downtown Los Angeles, West Athens, Westmont, Lawndale, Hermosa Beach, Huntington Park, Santa Monica, Westwood, Palms, Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes, Westchester, Hollywood, Century City and Surrounding areas.
This role primarily involves orthopedic rehabilitation provided in patients' homes, offering a unique and dynamic patient population, distinct from traditional home health settings.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
- Valid California Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
