Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a highly qualified Clinical Social Worker on behalf of our esteemed client within the healthcare sector in Qatar.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnoses.
- Perform safety and risk assessments, implementing necessary interventions.
- Provide information, referrals, and education services to patients and their families.
- Offer supportive counselling and facilitate group therapy programs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, discharge procedures, and future planning for patients.
- Mediate familial conflicts and offer social support during crisis intervention and disaster management.
- Contribute to the development, evaluation, and improvement of social programs.
- Monitor, analyse, and assess public and social policies for their impact and effectiveness.
- Coordinate and prioritize available resources to optimize patient care
Requirements
- Master's and bachelor’s degree in clinical social work.
- Eligibility for licensing in Qatar is mandatory.
- Valid license/registration certificate with requisite years of experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Clinical Social Work (including post-graduation) for non-Qatari applicants.
- For Qatari applicants, a minimum of 2 years' experience is required.
- 2 years of post-graduation experience for MSW.
*Preferred Nationalities: Lebanese, Jordanian, Algerian, Tunisian, Moroccan.*
