Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to children in the nursery.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support child development.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for all nursery attendees.
- Contribute to the overall success of the nursery team.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a nursery setting (experience in a school environment is desirable).
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere.
