OnTime Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Male Nurse with a valid DHA license to join our team at Doctor OnTime Homecare. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will collaborate with our healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care tailored to their individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
- Assess patients' health conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans
- Educate patients and their families on medication management, self-care strategies, and disease management
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
Requirements
- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
- Experience working as a Registered Nurse, preferably in homecare settings
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and a solid understanding of nursing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Flexibility to travel to patients' homes and adapt to changing situations
