Diamed Hellas SA is seeking a proactive and dynamic Medical Sales Advisor for our In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) division. This role is essential in promoting our innovative diagnostic solutions and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions. As a Medical Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for educating clients about our products, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service and support. You will utilize your knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of our products and drive sales growth in your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of medical diagnostics, medical cosumables and the ability to work independently while also collaborating with a larger team. Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Diamed’s IVD Immunohematology product range to public hospitals, private hospitals and clinics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on inquiries and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and share best practices.
- Conduct and meet the requirements of public tenders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Biology or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in the IVD sector.
- Strong understanding of medical diagnostics and the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
- Ability to travel within the designated territory as required.
- Ability to participate in regional and international congresses.
- Ability to travel abroad for training.
