ROLE FUNCTIONS
- Deliver treatments to SPA standards while adapting to client needs.
- Ensure exceptional guest services with attention to detail.
- Maintain professionalism and hygiene in all treatments, updating skills as needed.
- Meet retail sales targets set by the Spa Manager.
- Offer spa orientation to guests upon arrival.
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality, Spa Management, Aesthetics, Physiotherapy or similar
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort environment
