The Clinical Quality Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring evidence-based programmes are effectively implemented and seamlessly integrated into organisational processes.
Combining programme management, content development, and clinical delivery, the specialist directly enhances user outcomes and scales impactful solutions.
- Product Solutioning with Tech
- Collaborate with technology teams to design and operationalise clinical workflows through SOPs
- Define and prioritise product features that support seamless programme delivery.
- Maintain and manage key clinical tools, including backend lists, assessments, and clinician mappings.
- Ensure clinical requirements are reflected in platform functionalities through user-centric designs.
- Content Development
- Create evidence-based programme materials, including guides, assessments, and client-facing resources.
- Deliver training to internal teams on programme implementation and use of technology tools.
- Ensure all content aligns with global clinical standards and supports scalability.
- Specialised Programmes
- Design and implement tailored clinical programmes (e.g., return-to-work, resilience training).
- Develop roadmaps, objectives, and SOPs for each programme to ensure clear execution.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to evaluate programme performance and recommend improvements.
- Clinical Delivery (30%)
- Provide direct clinical services, including assessments, interventions, and consultations.
- Use delivery insights to inform programme design and operational workflows.
- Maintain adherence to evidence-based practices and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Metrics and Continuous Improvement
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for programme success and technology adoption.
- Analyse data to assess the impact of clinical programmes and workflows.
- Recommend iterative enhancements to programmes, content, and platform features based on findings.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in clinical programme development, product solutioning, or clinical operations.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, including triage, risk assessment, and clinician matching.
- Proven ability to align clinical processes with product features and operational needs.
- Experience in content creation, training delivery, and programme management.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
