We are seeking a skilled and experienced MERN Stack Lead to oversee our development team and deliver cutting-edge web applications. You will play a pivotal role in designing scalable solutions, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of developers working on MERN stack technologies.
- Define best practices for coding, deployment, and testing.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Development
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly designs.
- Write clean, modular, and reusable code while adhering to modern development principles.
Project Management
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA, and DevOps.
Problem-Solving & Innovation
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the MERN stack and recommend improvements.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel) and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
