Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries in Dutch through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Provide support and guidance on medical technology products to healthcare professionals and patients.

- Document all customer interactions and maintain organized records for follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and outcomes.

Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in customer support or related fields, preferably in the medical or technology sector.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
